1. Submit a high-quality photo 

• Please include at least one well-lit, non-blurry photo of your pet; clearer and more detailed photos give more realistic painting results.
• Please only send photos to which only you have full image rights. I am not liable for any copyright issues that may arise from the images submitted by the client.

2. Initial sketches 

• I may create up to 3 designs based on the images sent to me, and you can choose which one is your favorite.
• Please inform me of any changes or additions you would like to the piece before I begin the painting.

3. Painting Stage

• During the painting process, I can send photo updates of your piece if you wish. 
• Before sending the painting to you, I can email you a photo of the finished piece.
